Senneville
The Village of Senneville, with its woods, meadows, farms, orchards, lake and many drystone walls, is a distinct and charming community. On weekends one can see visitors in cars, on bicycles and on foot enjoying some of the most beautiful surroundings on the island of Montreal.
Visitors also come to catch glimpses of the Village's homes and country estates, many of which have great architectural and historical significance to Quebec and the rest of Canada. Some of the buildings were designed by well known architects such as McGill's Percy Erskine Nobbs and the brothers Edward and William Maxwell who designed Chateau Frontenac and Chateau Laurier. The unique Character of Senneville's homes, displayed throughout the Village, is an asset to all of us who choose to live here.
